History

1972 Founded and registered the bylaw to the state of Sao Paulo Brazil.
1974 - Launched producing cotton yarn with 24,000 spindles in the 1st factory;
- Had an opening ceremony inviting the governor of the state of Sao Paulo;
- Distributed the first uniforms;
- Started a pickup bus service.
1975 Initiated the fringe benefit of buying medicine.
1977 Started Labor Day festival.
1979 - As systematic industrial accident prevention activities, introduced the first preventing accident week with slide projection, contests of phrases and posters;
- Initiated the fringe benefit of Christmas presents.
1980 Had a cornerstone laying ceremony of the 2nd factory.
1984 Had the 10th anniversary celebrating festival.
1986 Head office moved from downtown to Av. Paulista in Sao Paulo city.
1988 Had a cornerstone laying ceremony of the 3rd factory.
1989 - Changed factory uniform from blue one to brown.
- Started a recreation facility.
1990 Initiated the fringe benefit of food distribution program as the prize for a perfect attendance.
1992 - As systematic industrial accident prevention activities, introduced earplugs in factories to avoid risk of hearing difficulties;
- Initiated the fringe benefit of life insurance.
1993 - As systematic industrial accident prevention activities, introduced an aim of 100,000 work hours without accident.
- Donated residential land for construction of 230 houses to Itapetininga city.
1994 - Had the 20th anniversary celebrating festival;
- Donated a park to Itapetininga city.
1995 - Improved the fringe benefit of buying medicine.
- Changed factory uniform from brown one to green.
- Initiated the fringe benefit of medical insurance.
1999 - As systematic industrial accident prevention activities, introduced the prediction risk training committee;
- Initiated the fringe benefit of medical insurance and the Easter presents.
2004 - Had the 30th anniversary celebrating festival;
- Donated a public health center to Itapetininga city.
2008 As systematic industrial accident prevention activities, introduced a method of “Analyzing near accident case”.
2012 Improved the fringe benefit of food distribution program as the prize for a perfect attendance.
2013 Launched business collaboration with TMD Friction do Brasil S.A.
2014 - Had the 40th anniversary celebrating festival;
- Supported the renovation of a historical square of Itapetininga city as a donation;
- Changed factory uniform from green one to blue;
- Constructed a company cafeteria building in the site of factory.
